Live Concert in the Cathedral
Staran in concert with Làirig
Concert at the Cathedral 4th September 2022 from Staran in concert with Làirig as part of the Blas Festival. Whilst Scottish traditional music are the roots of the group they demonstrated elements of other genres including jazz and electronica.

On 3rd July there was a LIVE CONCERT in the Cathedral presented by the talented voices of the choir Tarantara who provide a range of material guaranteed to entertain (visit www.tarantara.org.uk).

Moderator Lord and Lady Wallace visit Dornoch
The weekend started with a Quiz night held in the West Church Hall, organised by our Quizmistress Trish Geddes, on Saturday we arranged some private time in the Cathedral itself before a tour of Oversteps Care Home ran by Crossreach, part of the Church of Scotland. A delicious spread of sandwiches, cakes and traybakes were put on by Stewart Petrie and his team. This followed by a tour of the Meadows Care Home and we were introduced to the fantastic interactive table that helps residents connect with the outside world. In the afternoon, the Moderator managed a round of Golf arranged by Dornoch Club Captain Willie Mackay and Lady Wallace had a tour of HistoryLinks museum. Special thanks to our curator Lynne for such a fascinating and detailed tour of the museum.
On Sunday the Moderator preached in Clyne Church, Brora.
